Chris Carneal is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategic leader, and culture architect best known as the Founder and CEO of Booster Enterprises, the nation’s leading school fundraising organization. Since 2002, he has led Booster in partnering with thousands of schools across the country, raising hundreds of millions of dollars to support education and help teachers stay focused on teaching. Driven by a people-first philosophy, Chris emphasizes building healthy, values-based organizations that create lasting impact for communities and teams alike.
In addition to Booster, Chris is the founder of Virtue Village, a collaborative workspace for purpose-driven leaders, and the author of Virtue Driven Business, which explores how organizational virtues fuel sustainable success. A sought-after speaker on leadership and culture, Chris brings a deep passion for education shaped by his upbringing as the son of an educator. He is a graduate of Samford University, a former collegiate baseball player, and lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, Lyndie, and their four children.
